The town is located 12 km from the historic and tourist center of Sepúlveda, 9 km from the start of the Hoces del Río Duratón, and about 7 km from the hermitage of San Frutos, the most emblematic part of the Hoces itself.
In summer, every weekend an event is held in the Segovian towns. Pedraza begins with his Concerts of the Candles, which are the first and second weekend of July. After these, the patron saint festivities and medieval fairs follow one another.
